How many saline capsules are equipped?

Our netty bottle sinus rinse kit comes complete with 18pcs saline capsules derived from Himalayan salt, designed to provide effective relief for sinus and allergy concerns. Simply mix 1pcs capsule with 250ml of warm water (temperature: 35°C-40°C), and you're ready to go—no waiting for dissolution required.

Why can't the machine turn on? Please kindly check if your machine has a battery installed, as our machine itself does not contain a battery. You need to install the battery yourself.

Why is the machine not working properly? You need to install the battery first, then fill the tank with water, and finally put the salt water capsule on it. Do the above steps well, then press the on button. (Please refer to the instruction manual for specific installation and use steps)

Why not get out of the water? After filling the water tank, press and hold the 'M' button on the handle until the nasal wash is complete.

Does the machine sit idle after the saline capsules are exhausted? Our saline capsules replacements are available, and if you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know!
